ahh - the iron chef has started! their still in the midst of introducing the
challenger and all, but i'm sure today's match is a revenge match between
2 japanese chefs!! *hint from introduction* so duh! wow!! and if the challenger
loses, the head chef says that he'll have no where to go! serious eh!! ok,
let's now wait for the theme ingrdient! i feel like i'm a reporter for this show!
and yes! i am correct! the challenger choose the japanese iron chef and
it's a revenge match! and the theme ingredient is ...NATTO?...
hmMm.. oooh - it's soya bean. but japanese soya bean!! it's sticky +
slimy + smelly! shessh! what an ingredient!

still deciding on where to go tonight! i'm so fed up!!!!!! thought
of so many places but all like turned down by miss hwee!!!
i think in the end we'll end up at actors or even worst - mad monks!!!!
all the small children all go there and hang out - humid!! makes me look
back and feel embarassed!! it's like you can just tell that they're young
cos they dress up like so "beautifully" just to go to mad monks!!

the feelings i've ignored have came back to haunt me.

woke up earlier than usual today - but feels refreshing!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEREL!!!! you've grown a year older, so you have to be

Atrium now has a seductive pool table!! it's not the regular pool table size, it's abit larger.
9 inch?? and the table cloth's red - thus seductive. i think atrium can just become a pub.
the music + colour + atmosphere promotes the place like a pub. plus that new pool table,
i have no doubt about it. but the name sucks. piazza!! where did that come from?
their imaginary minds? or just out of the blue without much thought given? it's sooooo.....
...... abrupt. if that's what it is. they wanna specialise in pizza, so they just added an 'A' in
the middle of everything?!!! so unoriginal and creative!!

ivan can't drink beer for nuts.i'm not implying that i am good in drinking beer - cos i'm not -
but if u can't handle it then don't. it's just that he starts laughing and all and he freaks me
out man!! he laughs like some mad man and looks like some pervert after mugs of beers!!
hMmMm... maybe age is catching up on him eh?!!

just finished watching "days of our lives"!! i get's better and better and also more exciting
from each episode! well, as usual, it's a personal preference and also from a personal point of view.
five more minutes to 230. then i'll bathe and change and make my way down town. wonder where
we're dining today?? haiz - she hasn't even answered my SMS on where to meet! lunch time la, so
they're both busy busy cooking away!

i believe that she's at it again. crying?>>i'm not saying that she can't cry her head of at her head,
just that she should learn how to control her emotions and all. she much older than i am and also
her friends, but why is it that she's so different from us? she's much more immature and emotional
than all of us are. she can't be spastic right! obviously not. but what i think is that she lacks love.
her parents are divorced and she has to take up a heavy responsibility at a younger age than us.
she lacks parental love. yes, she has been afew long term relationships...ermmm - make it i think
2, but the ties have been broken. not sure what she's been doing ever since, flirting around i guess.
dunno why she targets at under youngersters! haha! one's 20 the other's coming 18. so hystarical!
and she's ...33?! like what another said, she hasn't woken up. then when will she wake up
and accept reality? why is "the other old half", same age as her, more mature and sensible than
her?? i feel sad for her as a friend. thinking why she can't settle down both physically and mentally
at her age. if not physically why not mentally.

just finished watching the iron chef. after watching so many episodes, this is the only episode
where i see the challenger win! but the challenger's really good! as creative as iron chef french - sakai
they cooked french food today with the theme ingredient - lobster! yumMmM! makes me
feel so tempted to go eat some lobster! maybe the challenger's from french and all maybe that's
why he better in french cuisine??! wild guess

anyway listening to this song amy recommended me - "Oscar G_-_DarkBeat" It's a real nice song!

today kim cooked lunch!! mee goreng!! well, she was supposed to buy breakfast, but by the time she
woke up she'd be buying brunch instead! wanted roti prata, but shop closed! so sad! had a craving!!!!
never mind, so i told her to buy mee goreng at the stall beside cos even the chinese food were closed!!
darn!! and guess what - mee goreng also dunch have!! what's up man!! no food for me!! so she went to
the supermarket and bought the ingedients for the mee goreng!!hah! even better!, less oil, no beansprouts
*yuckiest food on earth* and less 'chau-tar'!! still got prawns some more! home-cooked mee goreng is
still the best! it tasted much better than the one me and hwee cooked, but we'll keep practicing and
let derelyn try next time yea!! hwee: what shall we cook next yea?!

went over to ray's work place for lunch yesterday.why?! cos ivan won $$ in soccer.
tsk.anyway, amy came down too around 430pm as she was nearby. amy: so how
did you find tha place? quite ok right? went down to far east later that day to find ray's present!!
she found herself a piggeralla shoe!! haha! it's very nice and it suits her la. it's actually
a skater shoe - DCShoes - yuppers! that brand's good. wanted to get one when i was at saint
francis, with all my other friends, but i just thought that i'd really didn't suit me. firstly cos
it's really kinda big and secondly, very posuer to wear that shoe when i don't skate la.
*personal point of view**no offence* anyway, the shoe suits ray well, cos very "yo! yo!" style!
haha!! hwee:yo! yo! yo! hahahahha!

anyway, i've made up my mind to take up the dip. in mass comm + marketing & management.
i'll have more careere opportunities and i can also go into advertising! then if i can't go poly to
advance the course i'll just have to take my advancement + degree course altogether! but first,
this time i must put everything aside and not let anything get mixed up with my studies. or i'll
be wasting $$ all over again! i think everybody can do anything, when they've set their mind and
heart to it. no one's stupid!

it's raining again. every single day, tears fall from the sky! so irritating. simply spoils my mood

watch the show! must let her watch this show so she can improve her cooking skills and ideas!!
but sad to say, my vcd player's spoilt!! darn! and my daddy doesn't wanna go repair it!! lazy bummer!

of the 3 chef's to challenge and it's... iron chef french!! so it's a battle of japanese food and
french! what!! no theme ingredient! *sad* ooh - they'll just have to cook something for girl's festival.
some festival in japan. wonder what's it all about!?! gotta chaos!! it's thundering! my mum's gonna
start scolding me if i use the comp when it's thundering. her conclusion about short circuit and all.

went to sakae sushi for dinner with kim last night. felt so bad after seeing her eat like sooo little!
*cos she doesn't like eating sushi* but i had a craving for it!! tsk. went down to develope my photos
at raffles city. that's the only place i'll develope my photos!! so cheap. 36 films for $10.50 - 4R!! express
1hr service some more!! so might as well! oooh - saw des and laurene yesterday at raffles city.wow! still
together ah!! amazing, cos the last time we all met up, they were about to break, then break already
or something...messy situation la! but, good outcome.still together after so long.not bad!

anyway, went to bugis to meet up with amy, nick and carmen. went to CAN cafe to sit - for like 10 mins
and we ran off! cos the menu wasn't that great after all. so walked over to some people-less cafe opp bras
basah - votre something - wasn't that great either. seats weren't comfy but interior kinda up class and all.
but won't recommend it to hwee cos she's particular about comfort of seats and that place is out of our list!
ooh - gotta catch my show and contact MDIS about my enquiries!

back! today's the 21st of April 2003 - happy 20th birthday irene!!! - anyway, went over to hwee's
place to do some cooking 2 days back. hmmm... well, i shan't call it a disaster cos it wasn't that
bad - but we could have done better! the fried noodles we cooked we on the wok for so long i can't
remember how long!! it went like ok..everythings already added - oohh..not enough taste - add more
ingredients - still no taste - add somemore! - we added and added till it had taste and the noodles
got drier and drier and we added more and more water and you should know la! but nonetheless,
the noodles came out quite ok, though it got even saltier when you keep eating it=) oooh - we had
home made kani tempura (crab tempura) & banana fritters! more like banana tempura instead - was
used to finish up the remaining tempura. tasted quite good, cos nothing could go wrong with batter and
oil right?! all you needed to do was dip and fry! but after waiting for vincent to come the tempura became
cold and soggy - so it didn't taste great after all!

played mahjong after dinner but something cropped up for me at the eleventh hour!! my dearest came back!!
for me!! oh man! so surprised to hear that she was back. she came back to see me and i wasn't at home!
felt so bad! so had to kinda rush and meet her. hwee: sorry had to leave kinda early! dilemma la!

anyway, we all met up at actors later that night along with derelyn, amy, nick, ivan, carmen and christine.
amy: director!! we waited so long for the drama to start and it never started!! haiya! never pay
enough for actor and actress to start roling ah!!went there for a couple of drinks, sat at the couch and
chit-chatted thru' the night. then hwee and derel went off around one and me and kim left around 2.
had to leave early cos kim was feeling all tired with her situation and her bus ride!
